World Social Work Day is held on the third Tuesday of each March, when social workers are celebrated and recognised as champions for social justice, self-determination and human rights.
This year’s theme was Promoting the Importance of Human Relationships.
Social workers work tirelessly in issues related to social and emotional wellbeing. What better way to celebrate than with a cake during a ‘Safe Place For Women Level 3’ group, facilitated by Social Worker, Dr Rebecca Braid.
One of our group participants happened to be a social work student too!
